“Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example”
When we talk about leadership we can’t say that it is a title that it should be given to some sort of people and not the others .
Being a leader is earned by mastering a lot of characteristics and by being a good person so that way you’ll be a good leader, and we are going to talk about the characteristics that any person can master to be a good leader.
Well, first things first, a good leader needs to be honest, and by being honest I mean to not fake your personality to impress your group’s members, instead impress them by your hard work and by showing them that you care about them.
A good leader also must be responsible, so when you are in a leadership position and you made some mistake, don’t blame anyone else just to make yourself look like you don’t do a mistake, that way you’ll lose your group’s member’s trust, and that way they won’t consider you as a leader anymore.
Another characteristic that should be mastered by a leader, which is bravery, a good leader needs to be brave and take risks each time he feels like he can make a good thing for his team if he took that opportunity, but at the same time if taking the risk went bad he needs to take responsibility for it.
So as you can see leaders are not born leaders, they became leaders by improving those characteristics
